I have an exchange server that is intermittently not receiving/delivering emails. Here are a few examples:
1) internal email was not delivered, it was showing in sent items on Outlook client, but not in sent items on OWA and unable to find in delivery reports.
2) user had been trading emails backwards and forwards on the same day with a customer (external email address) when suddenly 1 wasn't delivered and there was no NDR at the customers end, and the delivery reports don't show it being received.
3) external (customer) sent an email To: user1 and CC'ed user2, user1 did not receive and when looking in delivery reports for that users mailbox it doesn't show, however user2 received the email and it does show in delivery reports under user2's mailbox.
Anybody point me in the right direction?
