From Name does not match on Phone and Outlook

Hi All,

does anyone else experience that in Email FROM is different on Phone and Outlook.

for e.g, I have a User with following Information in AD

CN=Smith, Lee ; DisplayName=Smith, Lee ; GivinName=Harry ; Initials=L ; name=Smith, Lee ; sn=Smith

In Outlook its shows "Smith, Lee" but on my Phone it shows"HarrySmith". when I search the user on my Phone Contact which is my Company Gal Address book it shows"Harry Smith".

when I search the user in outlook address book it shows "Smith, Lee".
