Hi,
I am having a perculiar issue where a user reported some emails had disappeared and i figured this would be a standard deleted issue or something like that. After doing the usual checks in deleted items/recoverable items/mailbox search there was no email. I switched off cached exchange mode, checked OWA with no message so i recreated her profile and still the email was missing. She then reported the message had reappeared a few days later.
I have actually had the same thing happen to me today now where an email i had recieved yesterday has gone this morning. I checked the same things with my account and no traces of the email.
Thinking it could be a database corruption issue i checked both myself and the other user and we are on different databases that are hosted on different servers so this is even more puzzling.
Are there any known issues of this happening or any pointers anyone could give me of where to look?
