Hello People,
We have 3 different domains with 3 different Exchange Organizations, and we want to merge in only one Exchange Server all the mail domains, to simplify the administration of the platform. There is no relationship at this momento beetwen the forests nor the domains.
Forest1: Active Directory W2003, with Exchange 2003.
Forest2: Active Directory W2008, with Exchange 2007 SP2.
Forest3: Active Directory W2000 (yes...), with Exchange 2003.
The first question...Is it possible to migrate all the Exchange servers (mailboxes) and organizations and mail domains to only one server in one of the domains?. I mean, only one server (Exchange 2007 SP3 at least?) in the domain of the Forest2 may be, and all the mailboxes in that server?.
I was looking for compatibility matrix for the relationships and the Exchange organizations, i found this:http://technet.microsoft.com/es-es/library/ff728623(v=exchg.141).aspx
But I dont know if there is some kind of problem for the Active Directory in Windows 2000...
