in our organization IT support staff creates email address but in our organization policy is that there should be no numeric email address like johnalina2@contoso.com
But in exchange when creating email address if duplicate email address already present then it creates same email address with a number itself
i would like to disable this policy/rule that exchange does not create an email address with a number either itself or no one can create intentionally too.
Can anyone please guide me how to do it ?
