Hello all,
I’m having a problem with some of my Proplus users getting this never-ending popup asking for their username and password. I have tried several things and no matter what I do this popup comes back within a day. I am running a single Exchange server 2010, half my users are licensed with Proplus the other half have volume. About 3 weeks ago we purchased a few E-3 licenses to start the process to move our environment to the cloud. I have a few things I need to do before I start the process but I have added our .com as an AD suffix (we currently have .local). Aside from myself no one else has a E-3 license assigned and they are not part of the online Exchange server. A week ago we had a user tell us that they were being asked for a username and password, simply closing Outlook and restarting solved the problem for a few days, each day there seems to be more and more users having this problem, I am currently up to 20% of all Proplus users experiencing the problem and closing out of Outlook only solves the problem for an hour or so now. Here is what I’ve tried
-Added "DisableADALatopWAMOverride"=dword:00000001 to registry – No improvement, removed
-Found credentials in credential manager and updated – No improvement
-Deleted credentials in credential manager – No improvement
-Re-added profile – No change
-Verified “ask for credentials” is not selected
-Verified Publishing service is started – Restarted anyway
-Checked Exchange errors – None reported
-Manually added username and password to popup box – Still trying to figure out if this has helped
Any ideas?
