I'm trying to find out if there is a best practice guide / white paper / case study for the end to end management of resource mailboxes (specifically resource calendars)? The sort of conent I'm looking for would include recommended naming conventions, life cycle management, custodianship management, address book views, and so on.
We've completed an upgrade to Exchange 2010 and also undergone an org restructure. We are now looking to cleanup the thousands of meeting rooms, cars, equipment, etc, mailboxes that are being used for calendaring. I'm interested to see what has worked well in other enterprises as i would like to setup a new baseline/standard so we can clean up the mess! I don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone has already put time and effort into writing up this stuff.
