We are in the process of planning for a cross forest domain migration and I'm stuck on how to move the public folders from one forest to another AND allowing users to view the public folders from one forest to another.
We are moving from a Exchange 2010 SP3 org to a Exchange 2013 org with a different domain name.
All of the info I'm seeing as far as public folder moves concerns migratons in the same forest, not cross forest.

I have thought about backing up the public folders from the legacy 2010 domain to a pst and importing them into the new 2013 Domain, BUT since you cannot import directly into a public folder mailbox on 2013, I'm not sure how I would tackle that.
Also, I would love some suggestions on how to allow users to view public folders in a different domain, from 2010 to 2013 and vice versa.
