Outlook issue--Local Drive

Hi,

i have configured a new mail box in my Local Drive. after restarted my systems all Emails in that MailBox have gone and i can't see atleast one.

some one says it might be registry settings have been corrupted. could you anyone let me know the resolution for this ASAP.
