Exchange 2013 Offline Address book Issue

Hi,

Running test-outlookwebservices is giving me failure with my Offline Address Book. The log (taken by using test-outlookwebservices  | fl) is showing the below.

OAB validator returns just fine, no issues.

When i go to https://mail.school.com/OAB/dd56b09a-cdb2-48fa-84b7-347deb0b94a8/oab.xml i get 404 as well.

I am googling but cant see much. Does anyone have any ideas please?
