This is likely a basic question, but I haven't been able to find any information on the Exchange Online website.
We have a client considering Microsoft Exchange Online as their e-mail solution, but the question of Plan flexability has come up.
Specifically, the organization needs about 75 e-mail accounts, but only about 10 of those would benefit from some of the more advanced features found in "Exchange Online Plan 2" ($8.00 per month).
For the vast majority, "Exchange Online Plan 1" ($4.00 per month) would suffice.
Is it possible to have some accounts under one domain with elevanted privileges? For that matter, can some user accounts be upgraded to Office 365 accounts (with a Microsoft Office 365 license), while some remain as basic e-mail accounts?
Appreciate everyone's insights!
