Cannot connect to Exchange Server 2012 via Outlook inside network

When attempting to connect to Exchange via Outlook from inside the domain, I'm unable to connect to the server.  I have encountered the following errors:

The name of the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site.

There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate, %s. The security certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority. Outlook is unable to connect to this server. (%s)

There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server server.sub.domain.com. (Error Code 80000000).

I discovered the Remote Connectivity Analyzer and got the following output:                                                    

Testing RPC/HTTP connectivity.
The RPC/HTTP test failed.

The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to test Autodiscover for bkemp@buncher.com.

I hate to say it, but this problem is likely beyond my ability to troubleshoot and so I posted this question.  If there are any more details or steps I can take to help troubleshoot, I'm obviously more than willing.

Any ideas?
