Cert Revocation check failed ?

Hello,

I've Exchange server 2013 standard installed on windows server 2012 standard connected to the internet directly 'no proxy settings', recently i tried to install new Exchange SSL Certificate from DigiCert and everything was fine but when i tried to import the Cert i got this massage:

Revocation check failed

I've searched about this issue and every body talking about Proxy and time settings but i think my problem isn't with these..

I hope someone would assist with this issue..

P.S/ the server connected to a juniper Firewall and a MIP configured for the Real IP.
