my keys don't work in w8.1

I have purchased a replacement computer for my shop and it is running w8.1pro

I am trying to load my copy of office 2010 on it but non of my activation keys work

how do I move this to another computer  

I purchased 4 keys in 2012 and I don't want to purchase again
