In Exchange 2013 CU2 the App pool "MSExchangeRPCProxyAppPool" consumed large amounts of ram and would cause instability sometimes causing a bluescreen but often causing hangs in outlook on client systems; we had to leave the health service disabled
as it would constantly recycle the app pool causing disconnects. Support, after months of endlessly supplying procdumps said the problem was a bug and would be fix in CU3, we waited for CU3 but it seems the only thing fixed in CU3 is that the health
service does not recycle the app pool and memory will balloon to over 7gb for this process before I recycle the App Pool, I am not willingly going to let a server crash because of this bug.
I have another case open with support but they are giving the procdump run around again and my patients is growing then with them. I am curious if anyone else is seeing this bug and behavior in CU3... I would really love to know how much ram your app pool is consuming (MSExchangeRPCProxyAppPool).
