Mailtips - Exchange 2010

Hi,

I am having Exchange 2010 in my organization. MailTips works fine if I configure mailbox with default configuration. Most of the users in my organizations having PST due to size restriction on their mailbox.

If I make PST as default (mail delivery), MailTips stops working. Please help me to resolve this issue.
