Certificates in Exchange Server 2010, SBS Server 2011

Hi, I don't know a whole lot about certificates but we are getting an Exchange server error that suggests a problem with expired certificates.  We have 6 certificates listed under our server in Exchange Management Console.  They read:

Name    "Self Signed"    Status    Services    Subject    Issuer    "Expiration Date"
False    "The certificate is valid for Exchange Server usage."    "IIS, SMTP"    CN=remote.andersonconst.com    CN=andersonconst-ANDERSONCONST01-CA   12/4/2015
False    "The certificate is valid for Exchange Server usage."    "IMAP, POP"    CN=ANDERSONCONST01.andersonconst.local    CN=andersonconst-ANDERSONCONST01-CA   9/8/2014
False    "The certificate is expired."    "IMAP, POP, SMTP"    CN=remote.andersonconst.com    CN=andersonconst-ANDERSONCONST01-CA    12/4/2013
False    "The certificate is expired."    "IMAP, POP, SMTP"    CN=Sites    CN=andersonconst-ANDERSONCONST01-CA    11/30/2013
True    "The certificate is valid for Exchange Server usage."    None    CN=andersonconst-ANDERSONCONST01-CA    CN=andersonconst-ANDERSONCONST01-CA    12/1/2016
True    "The certificate is valid for Exchange Server usage."    None    CN=WMSvc-WIN-5O4R06QK4AN    CN=WMSvc-WIN-5O4R06QK4AN    11/28/2021

Do we need all these? How do I go about renewing the  expired ones if they are needed?  System seems to be running fine even though there are two expired.  Have had an issue recently of emails not being pulled down from ISP (we use pop3 connector) on certain computers not all.  The certificates that say "false" are actually self signed I think.
