What are new attributes(mandatory/optional) in Exchange server 2013?

I am a developer. I have no experience about exchange server. I cannot access to exchange server.

Could you please help me on some questions for Exchange server 2013?

1. Does it have any new attributes that are different with exchange server 2007?
2. Does it have additional access control list?
3. Are there features/attributes for distribution list?
4. How can I see detail setting for policies, available configuration, alias settings.
