Maximum amount of memory assigned to exchange

Hi

I cannot find an answer to this question no matter what I search for.

I have 500 users and 256 GB RAM on the multi role server assigned for the project.  I know it is too much but Is there a MAXIMUM amount of RAM limitation for exchange 2010 sp3/2013 sp1? Will exchange 2013/2010 suffer from too much memory?
