Windows Firelwall Not allow Email to Send

I have two windows servers for exchange 2010, when I disabled windows firewall and emails is working fine, for some security reasons our company decided to enable firewall but in this case email is not working, kindly I want to enable firewall but disable some ports related to email outlook , can you tell which ports should I disable, thanks.
