In-Place Archiving

i am having in place archiving server which is exchange 2013 environment were we wants provide users the primary mailbox with the quota of 2 GB.

Requirement:

when the users mailbox size reached 1.8 gb their mails in primary mailbox should go to archive mailbox automatically. is it possible.
