Good afternoon,
We have some customers with Exchange servers that have mail forwardings done in some accounts. Until here all fine, but the problem comes when one of the sender envelope address has spf records and then in the next mail hop (the server destination of the forwarding) this forwarded mail is rejected due to SPF checks. Could exist some Exchange config in which the server at smtp dialogue changes the envelope from when it's redirecting or forwarding the mail?. If the headers are not changed mail will appear to the user as it should (as sender address I mean) and the SPF will not be a problem because the envelope mail from will come from for example : user_one@oftheexanche.server.loc .
Has this kind of redirection be configured in some determined way in order to Exchange to forward mail this proper way?
Best regards,
