Automatically forward a meeting invite of existing meeting to new members of a DL

Hello,

One of my customer has a requirement to automatically forward meeting invite for existing meetings to a newly added member of a DL.

There is one DL that is maintaining the list of all directors, and the management is using this DL to send meeting invites for all directors in the organization, there is a situation where some new directors have joined the organization and have been added to same DL.

Now the requirement is whatever meetings have been sent to that DL before the member was added into the DL should be automatically forwarded to new members calendar.

I know Exchange doesn't have this functionality out of box but since this seems to be a genuine concern, and may be someone else might have had this requirement before.

I am looking for some expert advance whether this is possible at all using any tool, script or any other method that we can use to accomplish this requirement.

There was a similar requirement posted earlier but I couldn't find anything constructive in that post.
