Exchange 2010 Room mailbox not notifying delegates of external room bookings.

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me here. We have Exchange 2010 setup and about 6 room mailboxes that are setup to forward meeting request invites to the delgates who then respond with approval or disapproval. This is working perfectly for meetings setup inside our organisation. However, if an external person tries to invite our rooms to a meeting, the delegates do not receive a meeting request.

I had a look in the mailbox, and the appointment is saved in the calendar as tentative, and the request is sitting in the deleted items folder. I'm not too sure why this is happening. I've made sure the delegates group is able to receive external emails, but still it doesn't work
