In previous versions of OWA you could set a flag to allow users to change their password through OWA if the had the "user must change password at next logon" flag checked for their AD object.
I can't find any guide or article about this feature for OWA 2013.
I've also seen that OWA 2013 seems to require UPN logon when changing the password?
Our AD FQDN is :
"ad.contoso.org"
Users' email address are jsmith@contoso.org
So when they login through OWA they use their email of jsmith@contoso.org
But I'm not sure if the above mentioned UPN problem with OWA 2013 will affect our users or not.
I can't ask my users to input their login information in OWA as jsmith@ad.contoso.org as that will cause too much confusion. I also can't ask them to input AD\jsmith as that will just generate hundreds of helpdesk calls when people forget to put AD\ in front of their username.
