at the initial login to Exchange Admin Consol I missed changing the timezone (default is UTC)
all the solutions I see online involve going into owa to change the timezone
My domain admin account doesn't have a mailbox and therefore can't login to owa
how do I change the timezone for that user in EAC once it get past the initial log in for that user?
