Hello,
SOME users have an issue when trying to access their outlook 2010, after migrating their mailboxes from exchange 2010 to exchange 2013.
all outlook mailboxes are automatically redirected to exchange 2013 except 9 or 10 mailboxes only
testing autoconfiguration in their outlook, the autoconfiguration points to the old CAS server
I restarted their computers, but the issue still present.
I created new outlook profile for each of them, but also the issue still present
Note that, mailboxes are migrated successfully for them before 1 week, and they can access their mail by OWA and by their mobile phones without any issue
what I can do to solve this issue in their outlook client
