Can SCOM 2012 monitor three copies of databases?

Hi, our Exchange Admi would like to monitor following:

-         Monitoring three copies of databases with following conditions:

If/when the first copy fails, Run a PowerShell command (you will provide the commend)

If/when the second copy fails, send notification and create priority 1 ticket
