about Outlook sync exchange folder

is the outlook will sync the Exchange all folder everytime?

or it only will sync the folder which I opend ?

and If I didn't open the msg, it will not download until I open it?

Because I am using about 2M speed for many users..so Worry about the speed if all user will sync all the folder in same time.
