My exchange “Microsoft Exchange Information Store ” service and “Microsoft Exchange System Attendant ” service cannot start by restarting windows. Those services are able to start by manual operation.
2 weeks ago, I had restarted server by windows update. ( I had executed a Malicious softwware removable tool by that WU. no Exchange system changed)
After that rebootion, I found Event ID 5719 Netlogon error at the startup.
The error is replay-able. If I reboot computer, it will be recorded in the eventlog.
Then I took netlogon.log for taking further info. but it have many confidential information.
I would like to open information by request basis. (need mask some of part.)
Exchange 2007 configuration: all in one (HUB/CAS/MB), SP3.
Anyone advice me how to make troubleshooting, Thanks.
AD domain controller (GC) works on the other computers.
